I have been very pleased!Dr. Weldon,Dr. Carroll, andDr. Lopez have taken care ofmy BlackLab. When mydog developed Cushing's disease,Dr. Carroll andDr. Lopez took the time tothoroughly explain the course oftreatment. Mydog isdoing awesome! Also, the staff isvery friendly and caring. Ifyou live inthe Reno area, Ihighly recommend bringing your pets here!

We became new clients last year aswe had moved toNevada from Auburn,CA. Our dog isan elderly chihuahua but healthy. Wehave had the need tohave our dog seen onthree separate occasions due toillness. Just recently, our dog jumped out ofour truck when Iopened the door and hit his back onthe curb. Hewas not able towalk after that. Weneeded him tobe seen. This isthe third time Ihave called for issues with our dog and they can never seehim. They always want usto take him tothe emergency animal clinic which ismore than double the cost and a4—6hour wait. Iknow mydog will need x-rays and the charges atthe emergency clinic are more than double. Ithink most people rely onthe animal hospital tomeet the needs oftheir clients when they are needed the most. This will bethe third time weended upneeding totake our dog back tothe clinic inAuburn where weused togo. They ALWAYS squeeze him inwhich iswhat they said they would dothis time aswell. Third strike were done with this clinic inReno. You donot meet our needs and Iam not sure why you can’t make changes toyour operation tohandle issues when weneed you the most! Wewill just bring our dog back toour family friendly clinic where weused togo.… – show

I called late inthe day regarding anurgent issue and the staff atthe front desk was able toget mean appointment the followingday.
Dr. Lori Burnham and her assistant patiently explained the reason for each step inmy pet's assessment and made mefeel comfortable.
I feel confident that mypet got excellent care.

I was assured that they would request mypups records from his TucsonVet. Wewere also required topay a$60deposit.
My son got there and they started asking him for medical history, which they should havehad.
My son's bank card had been compromised and hetold the tech heneed togo get cash from the bank. The tech said without payment, hewould need toleave ourdog. They surely could have held onto his much needed lab work for his Valley Fever titers instead. Wedo not leave our dog with any strangers! Myson left with our dog and Icalled them and was told bya supervisor they would return the $60. Never saw the $60, but got aletter they would not treat ourdog…lol, really? Pure greed. I bought anew puppy and had toget him toa vet within three days toactivate his 1year health warranty. For those booking vet appointments rightnow, you would know it's pretty difficult tofind aplace that can get you inthat fast. MtRose got usin ina jiffy!
Their front desk lady was lovely, the vet assistance was helpful, and our doctor was knowledgeable. Wealso take our ferrets here toget check ups when they needit, and have had nothing but positive experiences.
They are reasonablypriced, and they won't charge you for anything you don't need. They have not only the animals best interest atheart, but the animals owners. Thanks for taking care ofour petsMt. Rose!… – show00
