How to reserve a room at the library ohio university? ›

For Class, Meetings, & Events

To request library or archives instruction, contact your subject librarian or archivist. During non-peak times, 251, 318, or 323 may be available for reservation by others. Read the policies for our rooms before requesting 251, 318, or 323.

Reservation requests (for weekly or re-occurring events or meetings) must be submitted on the room reservation form to the Event Services Office or sent in via fax at 621-2545. Please contact your Event Planner for current room capacity layouts and availability. Click HERE to see our S.M.A.R.T.

Reservations for Group Study Rooms and Meeting Rooms (for study use) are available online through the University Libraries reservation system. Reservations can be made for a max of two hours per day and can be made two weeks in advance.

The collections of the University of Delaware Library parallel the academic interests of the University of Delaware and are broadly based and comprehensive. The collections include over 2,800,000 books and bound periodicals plus over 440,000 electronic books and over 76,000 electronic journals.

You can just go. Don't use your phone there and don't make noise or play music. If you take out a library card you can also borrow books (for free.) And ask the librarian to help you if there's something you need.

To reserve a classroom, submit a request online at astra.ohio.edu, by choosing the "Request an Event" link in the center of the page and use the University Department Room Request Form. You will be notified via email once your room reservation is confirmed or if additional information is required.

You can also reserve the room by calling the hotel directly. Try to call late evening as mornings and mid afternoons can be busy for the front desk. If you are looking for a group rate for a conference or a wedding, call the hotel directly and speak to the front desk.

Making a reservation

Current UTA students, faculty, and staff may reserve group study rooms with a valid UTA NetID (reserve now). A person may reserve a study room in 30-minute increments up to a maximum of 3 hours per individual per day. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance.

How do I reserve a study room at UNF library? ›

Study Rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors and are only available to current UNF students, faculty, and staff. A valid N# and UNF email address is required to place a study room reservation. To make a study room reservation, visit the reservation system.

Reservable Rooms and Spaces

If you have trouble using the online room reservation system, please call Pius Library Patron Services desk at 314-977-3087 or stop by the library for help. Most rooms/spaces are equipped with tables, chairs, whiteboards and/or chalkboards.

Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance online at libcal.usc.edu. You must have login with your USC NetID to book a reservation.

Reservations for reservable rooms may be made online 2 weeks in advance and for up to 4 hours per week at our reservation system. When reservable rooms are not in use, drop-in users are welcome. Drop-in users must relinquish reservable Group Study Rooms when presented with another group's proof of reservation.
